Q. When will my order be delivered?
A: If the product you ordered is in stock and you choose our standard delivery service it will be sent out via Royal Mail or in some circumstances a courier service and delivery will be within seven working days of your order being received. If the product is in stock and you choose our express delivery service it will be sent by Royal Mail Express Delivery or DHL Express 24 hour delivery and you will receive your item within three working days of your order being received. Q: Can prescription lenses be fitted into my Clic Visions?
A: Yes, your optician will be able to help. The dioptre lenses that come with the Clic Vision range simply pop out of the frame by being pushed from behind.
Q: Can prescription lenses be fitted into my Clic Sport sunglasses?
A: No
Q: Can prescription lenses be fitted into Clic Goggles?
A: Yes. Your Optician will be able to help. There are two ways to fit prescription lenses to your goggles.
1. Have your optician fit your prescription lenses behind the Clic double anti-fog lenses. Contact us for instructions on how to do this if necessary.
2. Remove the Clic double lenses and have your optician fit your prescription lenses in their place. Please note that when the original double lenses are removed you will lose the anti-fogging measures built into these lenses. You may wish to try wearing your prescription glasses under your Clic Goggles as many of the smaller frames fit well in this way.
Q: How do I adjust my Clic to fit my head properly?
A: You will find adjustable side arms on all Clic products. When you are wearing your Clic, look up at the sky, if they don’t pop off you have them sized correctly!
Q: What is the best thing to use to clean my Clics?
A: Use a microfibre cloth to clean them, the fabric won’t scratch your lenses.
